All items at The Dewty are custom-crafted and made-to-order. Because every product is personalized specifically for you, your order goes through two phases: Production & Personalization and Transit & Delivery.
1. Production & Personalization
1 – 3 Business Days
Designing, precision laser cutting, UV printing, and quality check at our US facility.
2. Tracked US Shipping
5 – 7 Business Days
Dispatched via USPS First-Class or UPS Ground with end-to-end tracking.
Total Estimated Delivery: 6 – 10 business days from the date your order is placed.
Shipping Rates
- Standard US Tracked Shipping: Flat rate of $4.95.
- FREE SHIPPING: On all domestic US orders of $50.00 or more (automatically applied at checkout).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been packaged and scanned by the carrier, an automated confirmation email with your USPS / UPS Tracking Number will be sent to your inbox. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update initial scan events.
Holiday Delivery & Cut-off Dates
During the busy holiday season (Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), mail carriers experience significantly higher package volumes. We strongly advise placing holiday gift orders as early as possible. Orders placed before our announced holiday cut-off dates are guaranteed to be produced and shipped on time.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before finalizing checkout. If you notice an error in your address, email us immediately at support@thedewyt.com within 2 hours of placing your order so we can correct it before shipping labels are generated.
